Hello, my name is Margaret. Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved clothes, style and all things fashion. I dreamt of being a great fashion designer one day, but decided to opt for the rather safer traditional job in finance and training which eventually lead me to become an Interview Coach, a job I love and am honoured to do. But my passion for fashion never left me, and 18 years ago I decided to train as an Image Consultant with Colourflair and turn this love into a wonder hobby that I get to share with lots of others.
Today, I use my unique skillset to help organise and present fashion and beauty events helping to raise funds for many charities throughout Tipperary, Cork and Waterford. I had the pleasure of co-hosting the Glow - Inside & Out for South Tipperary Hospice with Corcra Boutique, presenting the Fashion Show for the Cancer CARE Annual Lunch for 8 years and one of my most humbling fashion shows to have had the pleasure to host is with Scoil Aonghusa with audiences of over 500 raising much needed funds for their wonderful children.
I love to promote my hometown of Clonmel and the great fashion it has to offer. For the last 8 years I have had the pleasure of running the Best Dressed Competition at the Clonmel Agricultural Show. For the show's 150th anniversary, I introduced the show's very first Fashion Show, which proved so popular, it has returned again every year since to ever increasing audiences. I love nothing more, than popping into my local boutiques, and one of my favourite days of the seasonal calander is my in-boutique style day at Corcra Boutique. This wonderful passion has brought me on a fun journey, sharing style tips on TV3's Ireland AM, as well as on Tipp FM and Beat FM and meeting a few celebs along the way.
But more importantly, just like you, I have experienced my own style challegnes during pregnancy, learning to appreciate my post preganancy shape and in recent years losing my style confidence as I move through my middle years. I love my clothes, but I don't expect anyone else to love or want to wear what I do. After all, I am unique an my clothes reflect my personality and me. But as a trained Image Consutlant, I understand shapes, colouring and how to help you achieve your own indiviudal style and the image you want to present to the outside world. I hope that my advice inspires you to rediscover your own unique style and the confidence to wear it!
